Welcome to Tibet! After flying into Nyingchi, head straight to Bomi Peach Blossom Valley (Mar–Apr only). Wander through 30km of wild peach forests framed by snowy peaks and Tibetan villages. Overnight in Bomi County.
Morning visit to Midui Glacier—China’s lowest-altitude glacier (2,400m) with blue ice caves and waterfalls. Continue to Ranwu Lake, a mirror-like turquoise (dry season) or milky-white (monsoon) gem reflecting nearby glaciers.
After breakfast, explore Lulang Forest—meadows ringed by rhododendrons. Cross the Sekila Mountain Pass (4,728m) for potential distant views of Mount Namjagbarwa (7,782m), weather permitting. Overnight near Basumtso Lake.

This morning we'll go to the Kampala Pass where you can appreciate the gorgeous landscape of Yamdrok Lake down below and beautiful views of the holy Mount Nyenchen Khangsar. You could take your camera to record the turquoise waters of Yamdrok Lake, and the beautiful Mt. Nyenchen Khangsar glacier. Next we'll go and visit the Karola Glacier.
Return to Lhasa via Tashilhunpo Monastery in Shigatse—seat of the Panchen Lamas, featuring a 26m-tall gilded Buddha.
Transfer to the airport for your flight home or onward journey. Your Tibetan adventure ends, but memories will last a lifetime!
