Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nyingchi

Arrive at the airport.After settling in,head to Bomi Peach Blossom Valley(Mar–Apr exclusive,2hrs)—a 30km fairy-tale landscape of wild peach blossoms,snowy peaks,and Tibetan villages.Then visit Lulang Forest Viewpoint(1hr)to admire Mount Namjagbarwa amidst rhododendron meadows.
Day 2: Bomi → Ranwu Lake

Trek to the 2,400m ice tongue of Midui Glacier to explore blue ice caves and waterfalls. Continue to Ranwu Lake—a mirror-like turquoise gem in dry season, milky-white wonder in monsoon.
Day 3: Lulang → Sekila

Experience horseback riding through Lulang’s flower-filled pastures (2hrs). At the Sekila Mountain Viewpoint (4,728m), capture sunrise or sea of clouds over one of Tibet’s four sacred peaks—bring your camera!
Day 4: Nyingchi → Lhasa

Cruise Basumtso Lake to explore the Tang Dynasty’s Tsho Dzong Temple and its ancient fertility totems. Visit Jieba Village Viewpoint for panoramic views of the lake and twin peaks: "King’s Throne" and "Burning Flame."
Day 5: Lhasa City

Discover the Potala Palace—the world’s highest palace. Unlock its western Mandala Hall and touch the Fifth Dalai Lama’s golden stupa. At Jokhang Temple, participate in a gold-leaf offering ritual for Buddha’s statue, then relax at a sweet tea house along the Barkhor pilgrimage circuit.
Day 6: Lhasa → Yamdrok Lake

Circle Yamdrok Lake, photographing its tri-color waters. Enjoy afternoon tea at the isolated Rituo Monastery. Trek to Karola Glacier’s 5,400m ice tongue to touch millennia-old blue ice.
Day 7: Yamdrok Lake → Lhasa Departure

Seek blessings at Zhakui Monastery (offer liquor and khata scarves—most potent on Wednesdays). Explore Tibet Museum’s Golden Urn Lottery artifacts. Transfer to the airport—your journey ends, but memories will last a lifetime!
